For the January 2008 meeting, members of the Miami Valley Quilters' Guild joined together to work on the group's community project of making quilts for a variety of local charities serving children and families.  Throughout the year, Guild members work quilts -- piecing tops and quilting or tying and binding.  The Guild uses primarily donated fabric for the project.  Chris Landis is the long-time chair of the project.
